Bugs

• Remove sessioninfo dependency. sessioninfo::session_info() was throwing errors in tests

• clean_metadata() now can detect time zone offsets in filenames and return a new column tz_offset (#27). - create_pattern_tz_offset() creates the pattern to look for the offset.
  • Look around patterns added to create_pattern_XX functions (#6)
    • new function create_lookaround() helps create these patterns.
  • Add internal environment for global variables and get_pattern(), add_pattern_aru_type(), and set_pattern() were added as helper functions.
  • ARU type detection is improved and now includes manufacturer and type. New function guess_ARU_type() can be called on a path to guess the ARU type.

  • can handle GPX files via sf now
  • distance cutoff results in a warning (not an error), returning the data with the max_dist column, so users can see which site was problematic.
  • now checks for distance by site groups aru_id and site_id by default
  • pattern matches for GPS column headers have been expanded
  • catches errors but continues reporting on failed loading (remove skip_bad argument)
  • check_problems() now also checks GPS meta data
